Create a user profile to access key information about your portfolio as an investor, or to setup/manage a company's investor portal.

A company's contacts will receive company initiated emails even before setting up their user profile. So you may have received information by email sent from a company on OwnersRoom without having setup your user, yet.

Sign up after invitation

If you've received information from a company on OwnersRoom via email, you should have received an invitation email with a link to create a user.

  1. Find the "get access" button in an invitation email. The invite-email is sent from with subject "You've been invited to..."

  2. You'll be asked whether to "Register new account" or "log in". Hit "Register new account" (unless, of course, you already have an account - in which case logging in will link your invitation to the user profile that you already have).

  3. Enter your details (first name, last name, email address (it is up to you whether you want to use the same email address that the company sent your invite to for logging in or another one)) and password.

  4. Accept terms and hit "Sign up" and you're ready to go! You should find the company that invited you listed under "my companies" and if you are a shareholder in the inviting company, you can check out your Portfolio to make sure everything is registered as expected.

If you cannot find the invitation email, you can ask the company admin(s) (email address can be found in emails sent via OwnersRoom) to send a reminder, or sign up using the same email address that you've received emails from OwnersRoom on.
