Document analytics

The Document analytics feature provides up-to-date insights into which documents are being accessed, by whom, and when.

Why It’s Valuable

Admins and SuperAdmins can leverage document analytics to:

  • Make informed decisions for follow-ups.

  • Refine materials based on engagement trends.

  • Understand investor behavior to prioritize outreach effectively.

How to Use Document Analytics

Accessing the Feature

  1. Navigate to the Documents module.

  2. Open the Document Analytics tab.

Filtering the Data

  • Use the date range picker to select the time period you want to analyze.

Exploring Document Details

  • Click on a document name in the data table to view detailed insights, such as access events and engagement.

Investigating Specific Contacts

  • Click on a contact to see a comprehensive view of which documents they’ve accessed and when.

Understanding the Data

Event Tracking

  • Events are logged whenever a user clicks on a document in the Documents module.

    • PDF files: Open directly in the browser.

    • Other file types: Downloaded to the user’s device.

  • Each browser open or download counts as a separate event.

Data Availability

Analytics data collection began in September 2024. Documents downloaded before this date are not included in the analytics.
