How to Use Document Analytics
Accessing the Feature
Navigate to the Documents module.
Open the Document Analytics tab.
Filtering the Data
Use the date range picker to select the time period you want to analyze.
Exploring Document Details
Click on a document name in the data table to view detailed insights, such as access events and engagement.
Investigating Specific Contacts
Click on a contact to see a comprehensive view of which documents they’ve accessed and when.
Understanding the Data
Event Tracking
Events are logged whenever a user clicks on a document in the Documents module.
PDF files: Open directly in the browser.
Other file types: Downloaded to the user’s device.
Each browser open or download counts as a separate event.
Data Availability
Analytics data collection began in September 2024. Documents downloaded before this date are not included in the analytics.
