Why am I not receiving a ‘change password email’?

It can be several reasons that you don’t receive the change password mail, likely one of the following:

  • You don’t have a user (you can receive a mail from Ownersroom without having created a user)
  • The email ended up in your spam folder.
  • You used another email or misspelled your email.

It might take some time for the email to reach you. Strict spam filters and security systems might slow down the delivery of the email.
