How can admins avoid that emails sent through OwnerRoom go to the spam folder?

There can be several reasons why emails go to the spam folder, spam filtering has become rigorous over the years, and sometimes essential emails are filtered to spam.

To reduce the likelihood of important emails from OwnersRoom going to spam we suggest admins inform investors via your previous platform for communication that you are now using Ownersroom. Ask your investors to add Ownersroom to their email list of contacts.
