When sending a document for signing from the Documents module, the document will automatically time out if the signing process is not finished within 90 days.

If you (as an admin/SuperAdmin) need to re-open a singing process that has expired, you can do that by following these 3 steps:

  1. Find the document by either in the Documents module;

    1. either navigate to the Document signing tab, search for the file and click to see the signing details.

    2. Or, Navigate to the file via the folder structure and, in the drop down menu on the right side, click "view signing status".

  2. Click the "prolong singing period" button in the top right corner. PS, this is only available for signing processes that have status "Expired" (see the tag next to the file name).

  3. Confirm that you want to prolong and remind remaining signatories, and pour yourself a nice cup of coffee ☕️.

Prolonging the singing period will notify all remaining signatories, and prolong the period for 90 days.
